& Yoss of Miami, the nation's largest minority-owned
law firm, is merging with one of New England's
largest minority-owned firms, Fitzhugh, Parker &
Alvaro LLP of Boston.
The deal is expected to
be disclosed today.
Adorno & Yoss has in
recent years joined forces with minority firms in
Dallas and Los Angeles as it has expanded its
geographic reach. Its partnership with Fitzhugh,
