11-14: Congrats! You are in a healthy and happy agency relationship. Tackle those issues that you responded “yes” to, and you will be close to perfection. But remember, Spotlight is always here if you need us. Just pick up the phone, and call us

7-10: Hmmm…things look like they may be headed in the wrong direction. You can either work hand in hand to change directions, or walk away all together. It’s up to you. But, don’t wait too long. Clearly address your agency with your problems, and if things don’t change within a couple of months, seriously consider other options. Or just call us.

0-6: You want to get out. More importantly, you need to. This agency is a waste of your money, and more importantly, your time. Say goodbye to them--and call us.
